1 Corinthians 1

Dear God,

Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter, which reminds me of the power of Your wisdom and the foolishness of human understanding. Help me to always seek Your wisdom and not rely on my own understanding.

Thank You for choosing the weak and foolish things of this world to shame the strong and wise, for it reminds me that my strength is found in You alone. Help me to embrace my weaknesses and rely on Your strength.

Thank You for the righteousness, holiness, and redemption that You have provided through Jesus Christ. Help me to always boast in the Lord and not in myself.

Thank You for calling me into fellowship with Your Son, Jesus Christ. Help me to live a life that reflects Your grace and love to those around me.

Mi Señor,

Gracias por tu Palabra y por este texto de 1 Corintios 1, que nos recuerda que fuiste Tú quien nos llamó a la comunión con tu Hijo, Jesucristo nuestro Señor. Ayúdame a recordar que no importa cuán débil o imperfecto me sienta, Tú me has llamado y me has capacitado para ser parte de tu pueblo santificado. Fortaléceme para que pueda vivir de acuerdo a tu voluntad y ser testimonio de tu amor y gracia en este mundo.

Te pido que me des sabiduría y discernimiento para no caer en las divisiones y rivalidades que el mundo promueve, y en cambio, pueda mantener la unidad en el Espíritu. Que mi fe no descanse en la sabiduría humana, sino en el poder de Dios. Ayúdame a glorificarte en todo lo que hago, y a confiar en que Tú eres mi verdadera fortaleza. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
