1 Samuel 4

Dear God,

Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter. Thank You for the lessons and truths that we can learn from it. Help us to remember that obedience to You and faith in You are the most important things in our lives.

Lord, as we read about the defeat of the Israelites and the loss of the ark, we are reminded of the consequences of disobedience and lack of faith. Help us to always trust in You and follow Your ways, even when it may be difficult.

We pray for Your guidance and wisdom in all that we do. Help us to discern Your will and to walk in obedience to You. May we always seek to please You and honor You in all that we do.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Gracias por tu Palabra y por este texto de 1 Samuel 4 que nos muestra la importancia de buscar tu presencia y consejo en todo momento. Ayúdame a no confiar en mi propia fuerza o estrategia, sino a buscar siempre tu dirección y sabiduría en todas las situaciones. Que mi fe no se base en circunstancias externas, sino en tu fidelidad y poder para intervenir en toda circunstancia difícil.

Permíteme aprender de los errores de Israel y no caer en la trampa de confiar en cosas materiales o en mis propias capacidades, sino en depositar mi confianza plena en ti. Ayúdame a buscar tu gloria en todo lo que hago y a vivir en obediencia a tu voluntad. Que mi corazón esté siempre dispuesto a escuchar tu voz y a seguir tus mandamientos. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
