1 Timothy 6

Dear God,

Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter. I am grateful for the wisdom and guidance it provides for living a godly life and seeking contentment in You.

Help me to pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, and gentleness, as Paul exhorts in this passage. Give me the strength to fight the good fight of the faith and take hold of the eternal life to which I was called.

Please guard me from the love of money and the desire for wealth, and help me to be content with what You have provided for me. Let me be generous and willing to share, and to store up treasures in heaven rather than on earth.

I ask for Your grace and peace to be with me as I strive to live according to Your Word, and I pray that I would always keep my hope fixed on You, the eternal and trustworthy God.

Gracias por tu Palabra y por este texto en 1 Timoteo 6 que nos recuerda la importancia de la verdadera fe y el contentamiento en ti. Ayúdame a confiar en ti en todas las circunstancias, a no buscar riquezas materiales, sino a buscar tu justicia y a vivir con gratitud por todo lo que me has dado. Que mi corazón esté lleno de contentamiento y que mi fe en ti nunca vacile, sabiendo que tengo todo lo que necesito en tu amor y provisión.

Señor, fortaléceme para huir de las pasiones y tentaciones del mundo, y ayúdame a mantener una actitud de generosidad y buenos obras. Que mi vida sea un testimonio de tu amor y gracia, y que pueda glorificarte en todo lo que hago. Gracias por tu fidelidad y por escuchar esta oración. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
