Psalms 40

Dear God,

thank You for Your Word and for this chapter. I am grateful for the reminders of Your faithfulness and steadfast love. Thank You for being my rock and my salvation, and for lifting me out of the slimy pit and setting my feet on a firm foundation. Thank You for filling my heart with a new song of praise and for making me bold in sharing Your love with others.

Help me to continually seek Your will and to trust in Your timing. Give me the strength and courage to proclaim Your goodness to the world and to not withhold Your love and faithfulness from those around me. And when I am in need, please do not delay in coming to my aid.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Mi Señor,

Gracias por tu Palabra y por este texto del Salmo 40 que me recuerda tu fidelidad y tu amor inagotable. Gracias por escuchar mi clamor y responder a mis peticiones, por levantarme de mis dificultades y poner un nuevo cántico de alabanza en mi boca. Ayúdame a confiar en tu perfecto plan y a obedecer tu voluntad en mi vida.

Señor, te pido que sigas mostrándome tu misericordia y gracia, que me des fuerzas para enfrentar las pruebas y que tu paz reine en mi corazón. Ayúdame a proclamar tus maravillas y a compartir tu amor con los demás. Que mi vida sea un testimonio vivo de tu bondad y tu poder. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
