Proverbs 14

Dear God,

Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter. I am grateful for the wisdom and guidance it provides, and for the reminder to seek understanding and knowledge.

I pray for the strength to walk in integrity and righteousness, and to avoid the ways of foolishness and folly. Help me to build up others with my words and actions, and to seek wisdom from those who are wise.

Grant me the discernment to make sound decisions and to be cautious in my ways. Keep me from becoming easily angered and grant me the patience to overlook offenses.

May I find security in fearing You, and in seeking Your wisdom and understanding. Help me to trust in Your plans and to lean not on my own understanding.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Gracias por tu Palabra y por este texto de Proverbios 14 que me recuerda la importancia de la sabiduría y el temor a ti. Ayúdame a buscar siempre tu voluntad y a tomar decisiones sabias que te honren. Permíteme entender que el camino de los insensatos lleva a la perdición, pero el de los rectos está alumbrado por tu luz.

Concédeme discernimiento para alejarme de la necedad y buscar la prudencia en todas mis acciones. Que mi boca hable palabras de conocimiento y verdad, y que mi corazón se regocije en la sabiduría que proviene de ti. Enseñame a temerte y a confiar en tus caminos, sabiendo que en ellos encuentro vida y seguridad.
